Please note that the "Impala Travel Beograd" is an official EurBee 9 Congress agency and they are responsible for participants Registration and Additional services (travel, accommodation, additional events).
* Proof of student /post graduate status (copy of student card or signed letter by head of the department) must be sent by email to: EurBee9@bio.bg.ac.rs
The registration fee for EurBee 9 covers: Admittance to scientific sessions, Access to technical exhibition, Refreshments during breaks, Lunches, Welcome reception on Monday, Social event on Wednesday, Congress dinner on Thursday, Programme, and Abstract book on USB stick.
The registration fee for Accompanying Person covers: Welcome reception on Monday, Social event on Wednesday and Congress Dinner on Thursday.
It is possible to register without presenting an abstract. If you register without submitting an abstract, please provide by email to: EurBee9@gmail.com either your institute address or briefly justify your attendance in a single sentence so as to avoid bogus registration.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the congress. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting. The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted. American Express will not be accepted. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until 20 September 2022.

Cancellation of registration
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Impala) by fax: + 381 11 3096 428 or email: EurBee9@gmail.com
The following cancellation fees will apply:
Before 15 July 2022: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00
From 16 July to 15 August 2022: 50% refund
As of 15 August 2022 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the meeting.
Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
Liability and Insurance
Liability
In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the congress to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the meeting and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Serbia, failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
